Chuck Lee has over 30 years experience playing volleyball, both recreation and competitive. He currently plays as a setter/DS at local adult leagues such as Bump Set Drink and Bohrer Park. He often recruits his own team to play local tournaments such as Play 4 Keeps, IPF Volleyball Classic, Spike for Life, and Foundation for Children of Vietnam.
Chuck started his volleyball career by coaching boys and girls at MCPS high schools: Seneca Valley HS and Clarksburg HS. He also coached USAV Club for girls 16U at East Coast Elite and is IMPACT certified.
Chuck was a certified volleyball official and worked under the Beltway Regional Volleyball Officials (BRVO) officiating MCPS high school matches with NFHS rules. He also plays and officiates at the Bump Set Drink League.
Chuck is the owner and club director of Xperience Volleyball Club, LLC. He is also the owner of MoCo Youth Volleyball League, LLC and Draft-Me Volleyball League, LLC. He hosted numerous volleyball leagues, tournaments, clinics and camps including middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults. Previously, Chuck has hosted many tournaments like Asian Coed Quads, Summer Smash, Thanksgiving Smash, Winter Ball, and Peruvian. He also does private coaching.
Vy Lee
Club Team Coordinator & Social Media Manager
Coach Vy has been playing organized volleyball for 10 years and has stepped up as captain for every team she has been a part of. She is extremely dedicated, hardworking and patient. She has experience playing all positions on the court and was an outside hitter and defensive specialist on Clarksburg High School’s girls varsity team as well as a setter, right-side hitter, and defensive specialist for their co-ed team. Vy currently attends Towson University and played on the university’s club volleyball team for 2 and a half years. She is excited to share her knowledge of volleyball with all of the young players who join Xperience Volleyball Club and you will often see her attending various team practices to help the other coaches.
Marco Molina
Head Coach (17U)
Mr. Molina been playing competitive volleyball for over 20 years. In the past 3 years, he decided to start coaching to spread the love of the game and give back to the sport which he has been practicing for so many years! Mr. Molina started with skill clinics for different age groups, followed by summer camps, and this past fall season, he coached as the head coach for JV Girls and also the assistant coach for Varsity girls volleyball at Gaithersburg Highschool. He is looking forward to many more years of volleyball life.
