Tryout Dates
15 yrs old and older Age groups/divisions
(15U, 16U, and 17U)
2 Days (recommend attending both, but not required)
Date: November 4 & 5 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

14 yrs old and younger Age groups/divisions
(11U, 12U, 13U, and 14U)
Note: Our youngest age group is 13U. If players who are 11U & 12U make the team, they will be playing at 13U.
2 Days (recommend attending both, but not required)
Date: November 4 & 5 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Tryouts requirements: To save time at check-in, we ask that all players pay online and submit the required forms via email to xperiencevbc@gmail.com prior to tryouts.
1. Fee: Xperience Club Tryout fee (required for all returning and new players)
*$45 online (before 11/1/2023). $50 at the door.

2. Document: copy of current CHRVA (USAV) membership card (Players must have a current
membership to participate in any club tryouts in the region). Click HERE to learn about the options
and instructions on how to become a member.
3. Document: USAV Medical Release form (Note, this form does NOT need to completed by a doctor.
4. Document: copy of Birth Certificate
Please arrive early for check in. Wear appropriate attire and bring labeled bottled water.
Age Classification is defined by USAV with the cut-off date being July 1:
Please check the age divisions to make sure the player attends the appropriate tryout.
